Terry Smith is a GREAT, GREAT contractor, and I highly recommend him!! Since I was unsuccessful in picking a house plan for our perfect home within our price range, Terry took every detail we told him into account and chose a house plan that he could build for us within our price range.  The plan he showed us had everything plus some that we wanted in a home.  We signed with Terry Smith Construction toward the end of August 2022 and moved into our beautiful home February 8, 2023. Within less than 5 months after the footers were poured, we were in our new home!  Who does that these days?  Terry Smith Construction!  We had considered ordering a module but spoke with Terry and he was able to stick build our home faster and less expensive that the mods we looked at.  Terry held true to his end of the contract and in record time.  Terry was very responsive as he either answered my calls or ALWAYS returned my calls the same day generally within a very short period of time.  The ladies in the office were always helpful with answers to questions and honest suggestions. Terry’s crews were always professional, friendly, and helpful. We made the perfect decision to have Terry build our home.  Call him today if you are planning to build a home because Terry is the best!!
